1. Funding
Card payments are processed by the payment provider and Qclip balance increases only after verified confirmation. Bank, provider and currency fees may be separate.
2. Campaign funds and fees
Active campaign funds are reserved from balance. The platform fee is added to the campaign budget and is not deducted from creator rewards. Spent, committed or disputed funds are not available balance.
3. Refund requests
For duplicate charges, unauthorized-payment claims or unused balance, open a Card / balance ticket with the transaction identifier. The result depends on provider state, fulfilled campaign obligations and mandatory law. A bank chargeback does not automatically settle a Qclip balance dispute and no payment is refunded twice.
4. TRX
Confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. The user must verify the destination address. A hold may be released before broadcast after rejection or failure; after broadcast the chain result must be resolved first.
