1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and protect your account. Account sharing, false identity and unauthorized activity for another person are prohibited.
2. Campaigns and budgets
Brands are responsible for source footage, target platform, language, rules, reward tiers and budget. A campaign activates only after sufficient balance is reserved.
Qclip applies its platform fee in addition to the campaign budget. The advertised creator reward is not reduced by this fee. Provider or network fees may be shown separately.
3. Submissions and verification
Creators must post from an account they control and provide a genuine post link, accurate view claim and unaltered analytics proof. Qclip may review account ownership, rules, evidence, fraud signals and available budget.
4. Content rights
You retain ownership of your content and grant Qclip the limited rights needed to operate, review, secure and administer the campaign. You warrant that you hold all required copyrights, permissions and personality rights.
5. Payments and withdrawals
Balance is recorded only after a verified payment or approved earning. Pending, refunded, disputed or mismatched payments may be held for review. TRX withdrawals are subject to administrative, rate, wallet and chain checks and confirmed transfers are generally irreversible.
6. Suspension and service scope
Qclip may pause submissions, balances, withdrawals or access for suspected fraud, infringement, payment risk, security events, legal requests or policy violations. Qclip does not guarantee views, virality, campaign approval, income or uninterrupted availability.
