1. Data we process
We may process account and contact details; role and status; social handles and profile URLs; campaigns, submissions, post links and analytics proof; balances, transactions, payout addresses and chain identifiers; and hashed session, IP and user-agent signals for security.
Qclip does not store full card numbers. Card details go directly to the payment provider. The TRON private key is not stored in the web application.
2. Purposes
We use data to operate accounts and campaigns, verify payments and proof, prevent fraud, answer support, secure the service, comply with law and resolve disputes.
3. Providers and transfers
Necessary data may be shared with hosting and network-security providers, payment providers such as Whop, TRON/TronGrid infrastructure and competent authorities. Social platforms process data under their own policies.
4. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for transactions, security, legal retention and disputes. Passwords are hashed, production session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure, and financial movements use auditable records.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Identity verification may be required and financial or legal duties may prevent deletion of some records.
You can download your account data as a JSON file from the Account security page and close your account from the same page. Closing deletes your sign-in details, social accounts, payout addresses and two-step verification; payment and withdrawal records are kept in anonymised form because tax and accounting duties require it.
6. International use and minors
The service is global and data may be processed outside your country. Qclip is not intended for anyone under 18.
